SFM General Trading maintains the www.nelsafood.com E-commerce website.
The policies and rules will be applicable to all online trade on www.nelsafood.com.

Products:

We engage in the buying and selling of two types of products:

Products that are for sale inside the United Arab Emirates.
Products that are only for export.

Delivery policy:

We aim to deliver our Products within UAE in next 10 to 24 hours.
Delivery charges of AED 12.00 will be applie for orders below AED 50.
The product range has various items which may be attached to special conditions buyer needs to ensure that the items are managed as per their local covenants.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy:

Customer satisfaction is at utmost priority and feedbacks are taken very seriously here at nelsafood & SFM.
In case of any issues / difficulties faced with your order management team, please send us an email at nelsafood3@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery along with the relevant details such as your order number and our customer care team will get back to you promptly as possible.
Additionally you can also call us at 050 846 4903 for any queries or discussions.
In relevant cases, if you have already been billed by nelsafood.com, we will issue you a full or partial refund depending on the particulars of the case.
In case you did not receive your order or partially received an incorrect order, we shall arrange replacement and if you wish for a refund we shall grant you the same.
Refunds will be managed through the original mode of payment.
Exchange is permitted within 7 days of purchase.
Products to be returned in saleable condition & maintained in proper storage conditions, along with the original receipt.
Products purchased on free voucher/offer/promotion cannot be returned & replaced
Exchange/Returns for Fresh, Chilled & Frozen products are not accepted due to Quality, Hygiene & Safety guidelines.

Mode of payment:

We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard in AED.
Please read the following terms carefully before using debit/credit cards for payment.
The card must belong to the user else, the user must attain legal consent from the card owner to carry out the transaction.
All card details and personal information is NOT stored and will NOT be sold, shared, rented or leased to third parties.
Customers using debit/credit cards are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers for receiving the OTP or PIN number as per your card type.
The customer is fully liable for placing an order via debit/credit card succeeding the reading of the terms and conditions.
Refund procedures may take up to two working days to process. The customer may have to follow up with their bank in case of any delay in crediting the relevant amount back to their account. We will send the customer an email with a printout of the refund advice printed from the relevant debit/credit card bank payment gateway as a reference.

Price & Payment:

The price shall be the Seller's quoted online price.
The invoiced price will be same which would have been displayed at the time of transaction.
The Seller reserves its right to change and vary its stated Price.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction performed online on the website.
To enable the Buyer's order to be accepted, payment in full including any carriage charges must be received by the Seller. The Seller shall not be required to process the order until payment is made.
You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a fraud protection agency, which may keep a record of that information.
SFM General Trading accepts Master and Visa Credit and Debit Cards.
Currency accepted on our website for a transaction will be AED only.

In no event shall SFM general trading, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, good will, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, and ( iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
